Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Roxanne First pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on all non-bespoke items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original, unworn condition and signature packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place the items in their original Roxanne First boxes and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
